McDonald's in Duisburg

I better not post a photo of the food I have ordered. Would only be possible from half anyway, since the other was unfortunately missing! Sad. Unfortunately, other shops do better!

Clean. Nice personel. Just quite disorganized during the Corona period. But they're all just people.

0 stars for arrogant, incompetent and unfriendly staff! There is a fire in every corner here. After 45 minutes we held our food in our hands, the McDrive line was so full that we couldn't get out. Maybe you should use the staff more sensibly, instead of an unfriendly corona inspector, a parking space steward? After 10 minutes, we were down from the parking lot and could enjoy our cold meal ...

What do you want to write about MC's .... The food is the same everywhere ... The staff is nice, some a bit nicer and funnier, but some should consider whether a job in the service sector with customer contact is their calling. If something is missing, 85% of the time you get what's missing. It is fatal, especially with a happymeal from MC Drive, if something is missing. There is still room for improvement on this point.

Third time ... every time 3 - 5 things were missing unbelievably but fair when you complain ... you get your things plus extra without flinching

DISASTER! Staff completely overwhelmed with the full drive. I stood in front of the cash register for 20 minutes to order. After another 20 minutes, I received our food. Another 15 minutes later we could finally drive down from the parking lot. When we got home our food was cold. And who cares? NO, BECAUSE THE SALES ARE YES!

Last time I was there. I've never seen such outrage. I just ordered and even things that should actually be freshly made because there were, for example, 3rd double cheeseburgers without onions and they were definitely not freshly made, they were completely cold and the rest because I ordered was cold and old. I prefer not to write what I think of this shop, but I can say one thing: I was there last time and I definitely cannot recommend it 😡

So you can tell that people work here who only have a high school diploma. At least in the drivethru. So the situation is noticeable in the IQ.

MC Drive is way too full because of Corona. The staff are very friendly and quick

too crowded, too dirty, the people don't speak german, you can also understand the employees. almost not at all if you talk to them / order them. Burgers are partly cold and hard. Ice machine always defective ... If you say no gruke, you still get some:, -). Better go to BK next door, because you get a warm burger and a shake

Very friendly and clean and you can usually get to it very quickly, if not then you should bring time and patience with you

Unfortunately it was a bit chaotic, and also unfriendly, which was perhaps due to the workload ... There was a lot going on on the mc drive ... We ordered in the restaurant ... When we unpacked it at home, the sauces were unfortunately missing on the signature burger ... It's a shame, because this has happened more than once in this branch ... As a guest, you sometimes feel a bit like an annoying factor ... Be it when you order or pick it up afterwards ... Extra wishes, From the norm of any mc menus, be it just a different sauce or extra sauces, the employees get a little angry ... That's a shame ...

Absolute disaster. We were not given a contact form, employees have the mask under their noses (while they are walking in the store!) In addition, they are unfriendly and do not get the order on the chain. Customers are even allowed to run around without a mask, only one person should be allowed to use the toilet, but four people are happy to be left on it. I will never visit the branch again and report the incident to the health department!

As in every MC Donald's, food is as it is known. Sometimes you catch unfriendly staff, but that shouldn't keep you busy as you don't sit around for hours in the restaurant. Actually, I would give it 5 stars, but it has happened to me very, very, very often that the fries were only just lukewarm even though I ate in the restaurant! Therefore a star deduction.

It was a juicy disappointment. The employees at the so-called "McDrive" welcomed me warmly, instead of the ordered McFrappé with caramel sauce, I got a McFrappé with chocolate sauce! Outrageous 😠😠😠

Very fast and reliable restaurant

My mom (and i) loved it, good service despite high customer count. The food was high quality and freshly made. Don't use the big tablets to order, coupons won't work and it's not that good anyway. In contrast, the coupons work when ordering nornally and the cashier applied another coupon without me knowing which is great

Recent interior renovation made it much nicer to dine out. Waiting time is quite short and the staff is professional. There is not so much space to sit tho, that's why depending on the time of day you might be forced to get takeaway :'(

Worst McDonald's I've ever been... 4 items I have ordered: McDubble chilli without chilli, McWrap chicken Cesar no salad, fires without salt .. only fanta was normal.
